概述
A375 cell lysates from human malignant melanoma cells were cultured in the media containing 10% FBS.
Background
Cells were lysed in lysis buffer (50mM Tris(PH7.4), 150mM NaCl, 1% NP-40, 1% SDS). 100 μg of cellular protein was mixed with 4 times volume of 5X SDS-PAGE loading buffer.
